Who are we?
The Kaukapakapa Area Residents and Ratepayers Association Inc. (KARRA) was constituted in 1992 to provide a forum for the discussion of issues and concerns affecting the residents of Kaukapakapa. A sub-committee of KARRA has been formed, to handle all matters relating to the proposed Rodney Power Station.
KARRA opposes the Rodney Power Station proposal in its entirety.
